According to the Sims Wiki, the Bistro is open from 11 am to 11 pm. Sims can dine and get drinks alone or with others, including dates. The costs are higher compared to the Diner although there is an early bird discount of 80% between 5-6 pm. Sims can take a Cooking or Mixology class or join the Culinary career. Children and teens may visit the Bistro on a field trip, where they will learn the cooking skill.
The Bookstore is a rabbit hole where sims may buy and sell books, or get a part time job as a Bookstore Clerk.
