According to the Sims Wiki, "The ZEPHYR system is a monorail-like public transportation network in Oasis Landing. It is only available in Oasis Landing. Like the subway in Bridgeport, it provides rapid travel between stations. Because it is above ground, a transport car will be visible, but only when the system is in use.
The ZEPHYR system has four stations. Each station has two doors, front and back. The stations are connected by a series of pylons that provide the "rail" the transport car rides on. The pylons can be moved, but need to form a pattern to make the transport car function.
Sims can WooHoo and Try for Baby while riding the ZEPHYR, but if they do, there is a chance they will miss their stop."
