According to Erin aka kellycot1 (who did some investigating for me), the Elixir Consignment Store attracts sims with the Supernatural Fan, WitchHiddenTrait, and SpellcastingTalentTrait, We think this probably means witches and anyone who can cast spells. It encourages sims to learn the Spellcraft, Spellcasting, and BroomRiding hidden skills. We think maybe Alchemy is what they mean by Spellcraft as visitors are often found working on that skill. This lot assignment may be necessary for the elixir consignment register to work, as glitches have been reported when the register is placed on other lot types.
